Hindi Department of NID every year conduct "Hindi Utsav" event to promote HINDI. Roopankan is the annual publication launched with this event.
The idea behind this re-design of the magazine is to break the stereotype attached to Hindi magazines and come up with a strong & interesting layout with maintaining the legacy of NID.
